STORE POLICY

LATE/EARLY APPOINTMENTS

For late appointments, if 15 minutes late, a fee of $20 , 30 minutes = $40, and so on will be added to the total service price. After 45 mins, you will be required to re-book another appointment and REQUIRED to pay for the prior missed appointment late fees. *(Thats ONLY the late fees accumulated, not the service itself.)

 

For appts BEFORE/AFTER business hours, a $25 fee will be added to the total service price.

No Call/No Show

If there is NO communication or update, there will be an additional $50 charge to your future appointment for the inconvenience of your MISSED appointment from the previous schedule. *NO EXCUSES AFTER THE FACT**. Time is money, and money is time. I cannot get the time I prepare for you back.

HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS

Holiday weeks/weekends incur an additional $50 service fee.

OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS (SUNDAYS)

Sundays are normally my off days, if you need service on a Sunday there will be an additional $25 charge in addition to your balance.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required prior to secure booking. NO EXCEPTIONS. This lets me know your serious about you time and appointment. All deposits may be accepted via Pay Pal, Venmo, Cash, or CashApp. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. An invoice will be emailed to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment.

TRAVEL FEE

All travel appointments base fee is $25. Based on location price may vary. Out of state destinations may incur an additional long distance travel fee. FOR ADDITION TRAVEL QUESTIONS PLEASE USE CONTACT TAB ABOVE.

PARKING/"SQUEEZE IN" FEES 

Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee.

All last minute appointments that are made after the schedule has been made, and/if I have to move somethings around meaning accomodating you to fit in the schedule in any way a  $25 Fee will be applied to the service.

CANCELLATION 

 Appointment Cancellation Policy- All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, half of the total payment paid will be refunded, if paid in FULL. ALL deposits are non-refundable. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. To reschedule an appointment, please contact us for the next available booking.  

 

Bridal Cancellation Policy-  Bridal Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reserved date or signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. Bridal deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable. 

                                            

BRIDAL CONTRACT

When booking for a bridal package, a contract is required to be signed. A half deposit is required to secure your desired date. The remaining balance is expected one month before your booking date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
